Order ceramic restorations from infiniDent in the period from 15.08.2010-15.09.2010 and receive a credit up to £500. Our offer is valid for all orders for the materials inCoris ZI , inCoris AL and inCoris ZI meso over the infiniDent web portal.

Your orders will be produced in the accustomed quality and then dispatched.
All your completed orders in the period 15.08.-15.09.2010 will be invoiced after 16.09.2010 by Panadent Limited.
Achieve a net order value of £300 (without shipping costs) for the materials inCoris ZI, inCoris AL and/or inCoris ZI meso, then you will receive a 10% credit on the net order value.*

Example:

You have ordered from us in the period from 15.08.-15.09.2010 8 units of inCoris ZI at £43.50 net per unit.
After 16.09.2010 you receive from Panadent Limited your invoice as follows:

   £ 348.00 (8 x inCoris ZI at £ 43.50)
+ £     4.31 (1 x shipping costs, for one delivery)
= £ 352.31 Total invoice

In this case your credit would be calculated as follows:

 10% of £ 348.00 = £ 34.80

This amount would then be credited to your customer account and settled against open invoices.

A credit of £500 can only be achieved with an invoice value of at least £5,000 (without shipping costs) for the materials inCoris ZI, inCoris AL and inCoris ZI meso.
For invoiced amounts (without shipping costs) for orders between £300 and £5,000 for the above mentioned materials, you will receive a credit of 10 % of the net invoice value. Should the net invoice value for the above mentioned materials exceed £5,000 you will receive a credit of £500.
It is not possible to pay-out the credit in cash. Similarly, a combination with another promotion or payment settlement with another promotion is not possible. This promotion is only valid for customers with an invoice address in the United Kingdom. 
The credit amount is dependent on the invoices (without shipping costs) for orders for restorations in the materials inCoris ZI, inCoris AL und inCoris ZI meso. Orders that cannot be fabricated or are subject to claims cannot be taken into consideration.
