infiniDent fabricates your crown and bridge frameworks:
In the dental practice
Thanks to the broad-based infiniDent service portfolio, the dentist is in a position to offer the optimum therapy for virtually every clinical indication. He or she prepares the tooth, takes an impression, determines the material and colour shade, and sends the data to your dental laboratory.
In the dental laboratory
If you are an inLab user you begin by creating a master model and a scan model made of a special CAD-CAM modelling plaster. If you are an inEos user you can dispense with a duplicate model. Regardless of which system you use, the model is scanned with the utmost accuracy and in the shortest possible time. The design steps are then performed with the aid of the InLab Framework 3D and/or WaxUp 3D software modules. The software modules provide the base for simple, quick and customized designs. When the design is completed you establish an Internet connection and transmit the data to infiniDent.
At infiniDent
At the infiniDent production facility the "virtual" crown copings and bridge frameworks are transformed into “real-life? workpieces. Before fabrication commences the infiniDent quality assurance team thoroughly checks the design data. If it contains errors or omissions, you will be notified immediately, thus enabling you to make any necessary corrections. Only after the data has been cleared for production you will receive an order confirmation. Modern production processes ensure rapid turnaround times as well as sustained quality standards. Ceramic and metallic restorations are fabricated by infiniDent in Bensheim. The finished workpieces are dispatched to you immediately by special delivery.
